Personal Training, Your Way

Train at the Fitness Center, In Your Home, or Virtually – The Choice is Yours!

In the Fitness Center

  • Must be a member or resident of Lake Success.
  • Fitness Center Annual membership: $150/year + personal training package. 
  • Sign up for the membership in the Village Office then contact Naomi on how to start training one-on-one! 
  • We use machines, dumbbells, cable machines, and body weight exercises to reach your personal goals. 30, 45, & 60 minute sessions are available.


In Your Home

  • Personal Training is available to come to your home.
  • Individual & Couple sessions are available.
  • Equipment is not a requirement- the proper weights will be available to you during the session.
  • 45 & 60 minute sessions are recommended due to travel to & from. 


Virtually

  • Working out at home or at the gym is available through zoom and/or FaceTime. 30, 45, & 60 minute sessions are available. 


Personal Workout Plans

  • Custom workout plan scheduled monthly.
  • All exercises are sent to you and in which order to do the exercises.
