  • How do I take a class in the Village Club of Lake Success?

    You must be a member or resident of the Village of Lake Success to take your first free class. Sign up online under “Book a Class” or contact Naomi at naomi@nayswayfitness.com

  • What kind of classes are there?

    Weight Training, Cardio, TRX (total resistance exercise), Abs, Arms, & Butt, Mat Pilates (2x month), and Stretch Classes (1x month). 

  • What is the intensity level of the classes?

    The classes have a moderate to high intensity feel, however all are low- impact without any jumping or high impact. There are options for all participants. The best class to join as a beginner would be Abs, Arms, & Butt class on Mondays & Fridays at 9am.

  • Are there any evening classes?

    No, but once a month on Wednesday 6:30pm there is a cardio class.

  • Can I bring a friend to class that’s a non- member?

    Yes, they must be with you to join the class.

  • What payments are accepted?

    Cash, Credit Card, Check, Venmo, & Zelle
